Bands celebrate first time voters through "Counted"

Sandwich, Itchyworms, Moonstar88, Hilera, BP Valenzuela, and She's Only Sixteen had been encouraging first time voters to register for the upcoming elections and as a reward, they played for them for free at event called "Counted", held at Route 196 last night.

With our country experiencing one shitstorm after another that are mostly caused by the monkeys running our government, we cannot stress how important it is to let people know that their single vote matters. We have a responsibility to our country and it starts with choosing the right people to run it.

Although the idea behind the show is serious, the event itself was fun. It was an excuse to see old friends, to enjoy live music, and to drink hehe! One of the highlights was when Buddy Zabala (da real MVP) played not only for his bands, Moonstar88 and Hilera, but also for Itchyworms and Sandwich!
